Legal Status Hearing NVT

Dear members,

A hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Stable Lodge on Soi 8 Sukhumvit

Topic of discussion: introducing a legal status for the Dutch Association Bangkok.
This point was brought up under item 11 of the General Members Meeting, which took place on Friday, October 31st.

No decision was made during this meeting, and no decision will be made during this hearing either. It will give members the opportunity to share their views and opinions with the board. After the hearing, the board will issue a short report and a recommendation for an Extraordinary General Meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. A separate invitation to this meeting will follow in the second half of December 2025.
