Leiden relieved with herring and stew!
Tuesday October 3 It's time again to delve into Dutch history: back to the year 1574 when the siege of Leiden was broken by the Spanish. We also traditionally celebrate the celebration of the "Relief of Leiden" here in Thailand with herring and stew with sausage in the cozy garden of Det5.

Review NVT in conversation with... the consular service
The first NVT in conversation with... was devoted to the work of the consular service and it soon became apparent that it was very diverse. William Franssen and Niels Unkel managed to paint a good picture of what they do every day and what we all have to deal with at some point. There were many questions from those present that were answered patiently. There is one for everyone who couldn't be there link to the powerpoint presentation to look at it again quietly. NB: You may appear to land on a blank page, but your browser is downloading the presentation in the background.
In the coming period there will be a number of "Meet & Greet" meetings of the service in the country and neighboring countries where more information can be exchanged and a number of consular matters can be arranged.
