Welcome Back Party on September 12th; register now

This year, the NVT is also organizing a "Welcome Back Party" together with the embassy, on Thursday September 12. Delicious food and drinks and nice to see everyone again after the summer or meet new fellow countrymen during a cozy evening at the beautiful location of the Dutch embassy in Bangkok. Members of NTCC, Thailand business and non-members are also very welcome.

Kanchanaburi commemoration retrospective
|

|
|
|
The commemoration of the WWII war victims in SE Asia was again an impressive event with the laying of wreaths by various organizations and relatives. Ambassador Remco van Wijngaarden gave a speech in which he emphasized the importance of this commemoration. This year there was also a Thai group of students from a secondary school who recited a poem about freedom and an employee of the embassy quoted from the memoirs of a survivor.
