In two weeks the time has come: the best day for the children, and the parents, in Bangkok and beyond. Sinterklaas is busy with the Pieten to prepare the trip to Bangkok

and will arrive in the beautiful garden of the embassy on Saturday morning, December 2!

Zeezicht commemorates Sylvester van Welij
|

Zeezicht carries her journey from November 21, 2023 in memory of NVT friend Sylvester van Welij, who suddenly passed away on November 13, 2022. He walked a lot through the metropolis and we set out this Sea View based on one of his walks, which he had specially recommended to us: no matter how grandiose our purpose of visit may be from a distance, you feel like you are in an unknown place for non-Thai people. world: during our preparation we literally saw no other Westerners.

We discovered a neighborhood with a kind of Thai ribbon development and travel in Sylvester's footsteps to our attraction: a sixteen-storey Mahayana Buddhist pagoda at the foot of a Chinese sculpture garden.
|
A Chinese temple opposite is also worth a visit.
|
|
|
|
|
